I've smoked for near 35 years and last Wednesday, April 18th, I put them down. I ran across a thread on a gun forum I frequent where I saw people that I personally knew exclaiming the virtues of e-cigs. I ordered a eGo, some carts, some juices, and off I went. It's been about 10 days since my last smoke and I do not miss it at all. I've discovered how much fun it is to mix up special flavors and try new experiences. My goal was not to kick the nicotine habit, but rather do it in a safer and cheaper manner - and vaping does that for me.

Two of my kids also smoke and once I made it past a week, they both agreed to switch over as well. Along with my eGo which I mainly use at home, I generally use my V2 kit at work as it's more compact and the higher voltage makes everything taste better. I've dumped quite a bit of $$$ into vaping over the past week but I truly expect I will begin my real $$$ savings very soon...

Don't know how much you will be saving, so far, I haven't saved a penny, I'm spending more on vaping then I even did on real cigis but I'm loving it! Once you find your favorite juice, you may get hit with the "I want's" and want a new PV.... Hmmmm, there goes the savings.... LOL! But congrats on getting off stinky's and enjoy the vaping experience. So much more fun than smoking cigis.... :)

Awesome story and congrats to you and your family.

You may save some $$$ over time or possibly even spend more $$$ but in the scheme of things the $$$ becomes insignificant when you reap all the other benefits of making the transition.

Vape On!
