I hate throwing this company out there because everything else is top notch, but The Simple Vapor Co Mandarin Cream. It was unvapable, they discontinued it. I've had like 3 flavors I couldn't tolerate and they all had oranges involved. I'm afraid of orange flavors forever.
In the box it goes, will give it a smell again in a month maybe(don't want to taste that again ever if I can help it)....then throw it away 
Gambit from Five Pawns. I know there are folks here that like it and recommend it but I couldn't stand it and half expected to see something floating in the bottle. Maybe a zombie thumb. What was worse is that it stayed with me for about 2 hours. Almost puked.
I love whiskey, I love bacon. So I ordered these flavors. I survived just 4 puffs of whiskey. I barely survived two puffs of bacon. Now I use very diluted juices, with very slight flavor, but still have no nerve to try these two again.
There is a juice out there used for pranking called "Crab Juice". It smells like tuna fish and I've seen it used on a few people at the local vape shop. They will drip some on the victim's atty while they are not looking and when they take a hit their reaction is hilarious

Got a free juice about a year ago with a starter set from Apollo. It was an okay starter set. Had the ego, a tank (disposable), and the charger. I got 10% off. The e juice was a coffee flavor. It was awful. I steeped it for a while... still awful. I gave it my brother, and he actually liked it, so it wasn't a total waste.
Black Flag Fallen! Named after a bug killer (great marketing) and I would bet it could be used to kill bugs.

Anything with cream, custard and the like. High end low end they all taste pretty much like vomit to me.
Anything from Evil Ejuice, the entire line tastes very harsh. Sometimes it tastes water downed & the same juice gotten a day later taste totally different like they can't duplicate thier own juice line yuck
Mine would have to be Mad Torro by Mad Vape's in-house brand TopVapor... It tasted like a wet dog smells. I ruined an Atlantis coil for this junk. Not even Atty Refresher by Want2Vape was able to save it. Not to mention I had to let the tank soak for 45 minutes because the odor somehow got into the gaskets on the tank.

Mine was something by Beard. It was strawberry cheesecake, but tasted like strawberry puke to me. And long after I washed it out of my atty, I could still smell it in the house. I nearly vomited several times. The person I gave it to had the same reaction. That was my worst e liquid experience ever.
