They've gotten more relaxed about those rules. Used to, you couldn't. You also couldn't say Dick van .... or Moby Dick. But, now you can.
I could totally understand why Dick Van .... couldn't be used. I told a guy to go Dick Van .... himself just this morning.
It took me several years to get the name Dick uncensored...and if it starts getting used as a derogative again, well...it will get censored again. 
We'll behave. Or at least i will, and i can only hope the rest of us will too. I guess with so many suppliers and choices, a strange name gets attention, and there's a niche market for everything.

ive seen one named wet dreams but my fav is blue sky ..... + the juice used to be blue until bill s5 came to Canada.

I have a local guy who produces juices that all have sexual innuendos as names.........
I just cant bring myself to vape the bottle of "Booty Call" that I bought from them.
I suspect it tastes like Bud Light and desperation.

Tempting name . As a joke, I can see millenniums getting it just to tell people what they are vaping.
My wife went to a new LVS near us and got me... AntiFreeze by Discover Juice... not that it's a 'vulgar' name, but it does seem to conjure up one of the oldest myths about ejuice contents!! Smells good, but tastes like it came from a rusty radiator!!

I heard (on a podcast) that 'they' have virtually run out of reasonable, short and unique names. It started with race horses (they need to be registered with unique names), then bands (music groups) and then micro-brews. We can add e-juice to the list now.
That's exaclty what the stuff smells like. It's not ejuice. It's rank smelling liquid that will make you gag if you smell enough of it.
I bought a bottle of it (spray bottle) and took it to work with me. One night, a coworker and I were leaving and walked down a row of cubes filled with employees that we knew were soon to replace us. We made a second pass, on the other side of the cube row, and I sprayed it into the air about 8-10 times as we walked down the row. About 30 seconds later, about 15-20 of them all cleared out.
Yeah it was childish, but we laughed about it for a long time. That stuff is REALLY rank. I found a second bottle of it (bought a two pack) about a year ago and disposed of it. I was afraid the bottle would break down or start to leak and I'm not sure I could ever get that smell out of the house if that happened.
