Anteriorly they are present; the name of the device in large letters and the brand (Wotofo). The transparent plexy allows you to partially see the kit inside. On the back of the box we find the writing MDura, the warnings, the place of production, the manufacturer's email address, the trademarks and logos required by law.

On the remaining sides of the package are indicated; the presence of the Nexchip, the packing list, the color of the sample contained, a barcode and the scratch & check.

Wotofo MDura Mini Mod 80W; First impressions:
For this test I received the "Halftone Black" color version which to my taste is the most elegant and less showy one of the lot, thanks to a low color contrast between the frame and the imitation leather decorative element. The chromatic choice offered by Wotofo for this Item is however very wide to satisfy all tastes.

The "Pico Style" design of the Mod is one of the most popular of all time and this new proposal from Wotofo is one of the most elegant and sporty that I have ever handled.
MDura Mini with its gritty and captivating look accepts the aesthetic challenge and seems to win it, it does not look bad even in terms of size and weight.
Below you can see MDura Mini in comparison with other "historical" interpretations that have the same form factor. MDura Mini despite being "rich" in decorations, is on a par with the opponents; very handy, not bulky and rather light.

The 0.69-inch OLED Display offers the possibility to change 6 background colors, it is quite bright and easily readable thanks to enlarged fonts. The display shows the following information; residual battery charge with percentage, set power, lock / unlock symbol, ohms, volts, duration of the last puff, puff counter.
The Fire button and the rocker of the Up / down adjustment keys are silent during their activation, easily reachable by the fingers and without abnormal movements.

On the back, the leather insert is shaped to adhere perfectly to the palm of the hand, this micro-perforated material is soft and pleasant to the touch.
The metal frame of the frame precisely wraps the leatherette insert, the top / bottom edges are protruding to offer an optimal grip.
Leather and metal complement each other, without a doubt (for me) a beautiful "fashion" with a perfect assembly of the elements.

The metal frame as a decorative armor is burnished and is fixed to the frame by two French screws (two screws on each side). On one side you can read (on the decorative leather insert) the word "MDURA" hot stamped with large letters.
On the other side there are two parallel vertical seams of green color and the almost invisible Wotofo logo.

The cup is fixed to the body with three torx screws, it can accommodate atomizers with a maximum diameter of 25mm and the pin is floating.
The thread for the battery cap is cleverly raised and this avoids potential infiltration of e-liquid into the compartment. The negative pole is shown on the inside of the cap, the positive pole is marked on the bottom inside the compartment / battery.

Under the Mod we find the USB type-C socket which also acts as a safety vent, there are also various identifying writings, the disposal logo and the C E trademark.

At the top the presence of the cap can limit the installation of some tanks with "bubble" type glass but this is a limitation of this type of mod design which was also common on Eleaf Pico, Vaporesso Target and others. However, the choice of the tank to be installed is varied and with 24 / 25mm atomizers the aesthetic result is optimal, but also various 22mm tanks are housed more than worthily.

• Power On / Off: 5 clicks on the Fire button
• Cut-Off: 8s
• Lock / Unlock: Press the Fire button 3 times.
• Power adjustment: Press the "+ or -" buttons to adjust between 5 and 80W in steps of 1W at a time
• Puff reset: Press the Fire and "-" keys together
• Change colors: Press the Fire and "+" keys together

Final Conclusions:
Wotofo MDura Mini Mod 80W is a very simple Entry-Level device to use and with an attractive aesthetic. The Mod is small, light, robust, well finished and has a colorful and bright display.

The chipset is spartan, it only delivers in VW mode, from 5 to 80W with 1W steps at a time but allows a practically instantaneous delivery, offers good resistance reading accuracy and fairly accurate battery management. During the test I found a good "boost" even at relatively high powers such as those between 30 and 50W. The DC-DC storage converter with an output voltage higher than the input allows the Step-Up with semi-discharged battery without power loss.

The lack of some functions such as; temperature control, delivery curve setting or bypass is not that bad. Most vapers won't mind it.
However in an entry-level device like this I would have liked to have found a smart resistance detection function or a combination to lock the "up / down" adjustment keys.

If you are a Vaper who does not care about the TC and you are looking for an economical, robust and very pleasant mod to start vaping or simply to use as a forklift, this Kit I recommend it without problems.
