Would I be able to use these extracts?

So I'm planning on making my own e-juice. I heard that you can use extracts to add flavor to your e-juice. Could I use these ones?

Green Apple

Banana

Vanilla

If they are oil based you cannot use them. Visit Wizard Labs and just get their offerings. They are PG based and only cost $1.50 a bottle. Don't take unnecessary chances.
