Interesting. What's the brand name? "Ωson Gemini"? I can't seem to find it (or anything remotely like it) in a Google search. 
He's been selling this for awhile, made to orders only. Serveral costumers have commented on his builds as 'supertidy'. I have not found guts pics of the dual battery version, but from the single batt version it appears to be well designed and built.

Yup, that's the guy.
FYI 'new' vapers here in Indonesia are basically in late teens to young adults under 25 (the older analog smokers choose to die proud hahah), so this funky yet techie brigth colored acrilic mods are somehow preferable that those 'serious' hammond style or wooden boxes. Box mods are on the rise, diy kits ranging from unregulated, PWM homemade, to those with imported OKL T20.

I'm sure the guy would make it however you want, seems he does them custom per order, but shipping might be prohibitive.

but i'll say you can't judge a mod by pics.
you have to touch & feel it.
in this case,the meterial looks very cheap.and also i think maybe it's umcomfortable to hold in hand.
but,still need to hold in hand then judge it worth or not.

I'd go for it. But I'd want to watch the guy use his own product for a few hours first. Make sure he isn't writing checks his ... can't cash. And only kinda half hope I get to see a hand get blown off. lol.
