Hehe the recent posts are kinda funny - but the customer did actually send the payment a few hours ago and apologized for letting his frustration explode. I'd say he's a good guy who might not be as experienced as the usual people but I think we've all gone through troubles with using Paypal/Alertpay at some point in our internet lives - I myself didn't really use Paypal that much until recently and was actually afraid of sending payments to people :lol:

There are a lot of people who are fairly new to ordering online. I recall walking my 70 year old mother through her first few transactions... over the phone from across the country. She's a pro now but her first efforts were definitely frustrating for her. I did end up setting up a paypal account for her about 6 years ago just to spare her (and me) the irritation. :D

So I was talking to a customer who told me he didn't know how to send a payment via paypal - this is what I emailed him:

Hi,

Yes it is very difficult to figure it out. To send a payment click on "Send money" atthe top after you log in and then send the total orderamount to this email address. Let me know if you have any more questions. I also recommend getting 1 extra set of 901 carts and a liquid as you will run out fast with the included pre-filled carts.

He then replied that I was being a smart-....... I don't see how I was rude in any way to him!

I have found that you have to be very careful what you type in an email. People read emails in the tone that they assume you are using.

Often I have had people misunderstand what I am saying in an email because they read the email the wrong way. Just be mindful of how you phrase things in the future.
