have any of you, ever injured yourself, but didn't know how you did it?

I did this to my knee... I can't put ANY pressure on it at all...
I am 100% laid up...

This is just a strange injury, in that it when I try to walk on it,
it feels like it will give out... this is why I can't put pressure on it..
and, it hurts like hell....

Yes i do stuff like that sometimes .. But believe it or not back problems can present as a knee problem. Sometimes injuries are just delayed when it comes to symptoms. I hope you feel better soon.

tomorrow, I am going to see the Dr...
I was hoping to avoid that... But, now, since it has been 4 days and I have not walked at all on it
and it is still hurting really bad... I don't have a lot of choice.

That's what I was going to suggest...had that happen several years back, and it was extremely painful...like @justagurlinseattle I couldn't walk on it at all...lucky for me they were able to get with of the fluid with meds...I wasn't looking forward to them putting that big ole needle in there and draining it.
