have any of you, ever injured yourself, but didn't know how you did it?
I did this to my knee... I can't put ANY pressure on it at all...
I am 100% laid up...
This is just a strange injury, in that it when I try to walk on it,
it feels like it will give out... this is why I can't put pressure on it..
and, it hurts like hell....

what is Meloxicam ?
is it easy to find?
Over here Meloxicam is perscription, Non-steroid anti inflammatory. Dr perscribed it for my Wife for Knee problem.
I was on it for over a year to help with my shoulder injury, but adapted to it so they just changed my meds.
In total hell today from 3 days without and a 4 hr trip to see the insurance companies Dr.
Proved my point though. The meds may make me feel a little better, but the problem is NOT improvingWon't like the post but props to John!!!A little serious moment.

On second thought, the post was proper, I do like it.
I once picked up a pillow, moved it over a couple feet and put my back out for three weeks, doctor gave me a bunch of heavy duty pain meds and told me it should go away... 3 weeks later I went to a chiropractor and he had it fixed with just one adjustment, doesn't matter if you know how you got it pain just sucks in general, if it doesn't go away see a specialist and not some guy thats going to dope you up lol..have any of you, ever injured yourself, but didn't know how you did it?

at this point, I would not mind a needle...
It hurts that bad...
I don't drive, so my only way of getting around is walking... I even have to walk to the clinic
tomorrow, and then walk to the hospital for the x-rays..
This is NOT going to be fun...
and here, we don't have NORMAL crutches... they have those arm ones...
NOT the ones that come up UNDER the arm, and that hold ya up...
I am going to have to special order crutches... UUghhhh....
