Well, I got my ... chewed out for drinking too much coffee and the spectacular pattern of bruises that I now sport, I was told again that I'm clinically dead (like it's my fault that my BP and pulse rate are so low), and I was told that the brace can be off during the day but I have to sleep with it on for the next month, and I can't do anything that amounts to me lifting over 10 lbs. So still limited, but I can at least MIX!!!

SMALL quantities, young lady!! NO heavy lifting!
