Since I've started filling I've switched to the cool carts, mainly for the reasons listed above (too hot on the lips especially). Even with a drip tip, the wow carts seem too hot.
It might be my imagination (it can be quite vivid sometimes...though I swear that there really was a unicorn on the side of the interstate the other night) but the thicker liquids seem to perform better with the cool carts. My chocolate and espresso juices get way too hot in the wow carts, and they almost get a burnt flavor. I've pulled the cart apart and it isn't burnt, so I have to assume that the sweeter, thicker liquids just burn hotter in the wow carts and don't taste as good. And I do chain vape, so that may be the problem.
