The marl's are much better, imo. If you have them, smoke 'em and save the "defaults" for spares or top 'em with tastier juice.

I smoked all of my "regular" flavor highs and then just drained the rest in water and dried for use with "cigar" flavored liquid. I'm quite fond of the cigar, to me tastes similar to a swisher sweet cigarello or something in that ballpark.

Im in the same boat. Just got my first cig the other day and I didnt really enjoy the carts that came with it. It didnt even say what flavour it was. Just a bit sickly and horrible. I actually ordered some Marlboro juice and just dripped some in today and the taste was much nicer.

I'm looking forward to trying some different flavors. The only ones that came with mine are the regular tobacco in extra high strength. And it definitely fixes my nicotine cravings lol

I tried both methods and personally liked the washed ones better. You can recognize the new flavor better in my opinion and since I was really put off by the "regular" flavor this was a good solution for me.

I just ordered mine from Pure smoker. I did put in the option for 5 marlboro flavors. I'm not sure if the 5 you are talking about falls under the random free ones?

I hope the marlboros taste good as this will be my first test on these.

I think mauve is a decent enough description...although I'd actually expect mauve to be alittle better...I'm fine with anything that produces vapor though. I'd have to say the clove flavor is nice for a very short time, then I get sick of it and don't wanna smoke it again for like a week at a time. Tastes like cloves, not clove cigarettes, in case anyone was wondering. Go to your spice rack, open the lid and sniff, if you don't like it, don't buy clove flavor.

Dayride are you talking about the Janty clove flavor? I finished a bottle of that and was quite satisfied. You're right, it's more of the spice than the clove cigs. What I felt was that the inherent spiciness of the cloves themselves lent themselves into giving a bigger "bite," which added to throat hit.

Does anyone know exactly what is the default flavour in the carts that come in the super mini starter pack? (I got mine from e-cigs.co.uk). I actually really like this flavour, more so than the others I've tried, so I must have more of it!!!

I made a guess that it's "tobacco" flavour so I ordered some of that, and I have some super high strength Camel liquid too that it also tastes quite like so I'm really not sure... Anyone?

could the juice be fresher than the carts? esp if the juice is kept refrigerated and the carts that are in the starter kits probably aren't? just a thought.

I got it from Puresmoker. I liked it, just not as an all day thing. I think what I need is to mix clove and cinnamon flavors together to get that clove cigarette taste I'm lookin' for. That spiciness does add something I like to the hit though, I totally agree on that.

IMO the marlboro ones are pants too, as are the 'menthol' ones ... sheesh I've tasted mintier oxo cubes!

Still I now have a stack of empty carts (I seem to give up on them pretty quick, get a few good smokes out of one and then I'm getting vapour but no flavour .. maybe that's just me), and am looking at getting some liquid.

Got done with the first few carts. I wrote in a nother thread that I tought the regulars and the Marlboro's tasted similar. That highly artificial taste with a hint of sweetness. Is this normal? The Low NIC Marlboro did not even remotely resemble the taste of a cig.

I'm going to order some other juices this week but am a lil scared that all of them will have that PG taste.

I just got mine from NJOY and I have to agree, I don't like the taste of the generic carts.

Tried the zero nicotine and still got that taste. Is that what the PG tastes like?

If so, I definitely have to get some flavored ones.

As far as I can tell, the "generic" carts are actually "regular tobacco" flavour, I really quite like it to be honest!
They are not just PG as PG doesn't really taste or smell of anything I have come into contact with PG in a smoke machine before, it has a very faint smell of a theatre stage (because they use smoke machines a lot there) and a really old, musky room. But it is only faint, and not really unpleasant or pleasant (neutral). I can detect the PG smell sometimes in these e-smoking liquids and carts, but not in the 36mg strength ones as the other ingredients in those completely overpower the PG

Yup the generic regular carts I’ve tried are quite disgusting . Last ones I had tasted like liquorish, they don’t taste like tobacco. In fact all regular generic cart taste like the primer that’s in the atomizers, which it probably is come to think about it.
