WOW vapor vs. Premium V4L?

I clicked it hoping for an answer. My guess is that nobody has tried both to compare/contrast.
You could try e-mailing V4L and asking if there is a difference in the cartos. From what I saw I'd guess the difference is in the liquids.
You may also get a faster response in the V4L supplier forum here at ECF.

Yes they do.
The resistance is lower so there is more vapor, throat hit and flavor. The resistance on the premiums is in the 2s and the resistance on the cool carts is in the 3s. Both out perform the regular carts by a long shot.

I still can't figure out where the "cool carts" are. . But I have to assume they're just their regular ones.. They definitely reply to e-mails promptly

I use them. They work well. They are a bit taller, maybe 2 mm and a hair thicker than the regular cartos.

I believe the OP was referring to prefilled Premium vs WOW flavors. I don't know what the difference in those is.
