Booths mean rent to pay, displays to buy, cash registers, etc. Minions demand wages, trucks to and fro need gas, and on and on. Reality dude.
They are so generous though, that they offer a pick up service. You order on-line, pay for it, and in the comments you say you will pick it up at so and so market. Best of both worlds and who else offers that?

My husband and I ran into a flea market dealer last weekend - they make their own juice and the prices were on par with "top shelf", $22.00 for 30ml. My husband who is TOO NICE decided to buy a small bottle from them anyway since the guy started up a conversation with him. He bought a cheesecake flavor (daring choice) and as he handed the guy his money, the guy said "you'll have to tell me how you like that, I just mixed that up last night. Haven't even tried that flavor yet".

LOL. Husband is letting it steep before he tries it.
