Yes, absolutely! No problem to vape in smoking areas, however I've yet to vape in areas that are "non-smoking" areas. The "smoking allowed" areas are still the majority of space in our casinos. There are a few more details involved, but for the most part, you can't smoke in the restaurants, or areas where minors could be loitering (legally) i.e. Lobby. BUT, you can sample vaping devices at a number of vending kiosks in one of the most "minor" populated areas in the city- the mall. So, I'd say your good anywhere....

Thanks ! I appreciate it !

I'm sorry but I feel like this is ridiculous, this happens all to often, everytime I go to order for months. How come other juices come in if its "held up"by the fda?? There always seems to be a stock issue.

Different shipments Devin. It's all in the amount of liquid in the shipment from China that determines if it is held up or not.

Fender (sir or Ms.?) it's your choice to make. Will disagree with you on a few points, their nuport wow is the best nuport like juice on the market, their peppermint is equally great, and their juice on high voltage is fine as long as you aren't using hv and lr at the same time. Use nuport wow on the same device as you with 2.2ohm at 4.6v without issue. Doing the math it's 9.6 watts, no burning issues. Understand your frustration, but can't agree with items you've based on opinion.....

It's way more Peppermint than Wowboy. You can still tast the wowboy, but I find it's really overpowered by the peppermint.
