Well if no one has one, Chinese retailers, fasttech and 3FVape, both have this RDA for sale. FT's price is higher but shipping is less than 3F. Both are legit retailers in case you're not familiar with Chinese vape retailers.

If you don't mind paying shipping and going through a third party shipper and all that stuff that's required in the US now element also has it and they have the matte black The RDA is a good price but when you add everything else I don't know

I saw that a few weeks ago. Tried ti order but they don't ship to my state anymore.
