Xcube II Firmware update disaster

HELP!!!
Bought a smok Xcube II, and after attempting the firmware update process, I now am unable to get the device to power up.
WHERE did I go wrong?
How can I fix it?

Try to redo the firmware again, but make sure that you're using the correct version... I believe that they have a few..

I did mine many months ago and I can't remember the details, but I remember that it took me a couple of tries to get it to get the firmware on it correctly.

Also, it might help to make sure you use a USB 2.0 port and not a USB 3.0 or newer USB C port, my Evic VTC Mini refuses to take any firmware when plugged into a USB 3.0 port, but does just fine when plugged into a back panel USB 2.0 port, may have something to do with data speed, so a slower USB 2.0 is a bit more accurate for the PCB firmware to keep up with.

Thanks for trying to help. I found a way to solve the problem. I took the mod, and the receipt back to the B&M where I bought it, and exchanged it for a new one.
