I'm thinking we can shrink the Supporting Member badge a bit.
As for the avatars, we'll have to see what the final size is going to be. That's not set in stone. Yet.
I vote for keeping the current "Supporting Member" badge - it's classier![]()

I might have missed it but there will be a thread to ask questions, even stupid ones, and get answers fairly quickly. I have a few already but won't know what to ask till I get a hands on view.
As we have many forum suppliers who can not ask stuff here, how will the move affect them? is there anything they need to do on their end?
classie, you picked that avi long ago....... you knew we were moving, eh?![]()

It probably doesn't work as well on low-res devices...(guessing).
Well, this is all guesswork, but forand just to discuss it a bit (the people in the know can comment for real, I'm just discussing...)
There's a trend in computers right now to simplify and flatten UI (User Interface) stuff and mono-color it. Some may know it from "the metro interface" in Windows or many mobile devices. You even see it in advertising on TV with a flat color background and mono-color text on top. Like I said, I think it's a trend. Note the buttons we have now.
So some web designer's feelings are being stomped on real hard right now. I'm sure they can import the current badge/logo if they want to. They didn't. They went out of their way to make a new one. There's a reason to do it. Maybe just consistency. Maybe something else. But I think we should at least kick it around a bit.
It is indeed. That trend somehow reminds me of Soviet era architecture in eastern Europe, in which aesthetics played no role. There's a trend in computers right now to simplify and flatten UI (User Interface) stuff and mono-color it. Question that may have been asked and or answered- my apologies to retired1 if you have to repeat yourself!!
I think I remember that you said that all ratings will transfer. When submitting feedback for a classifieds transaction we have to inlcude the link to the sale post. Being that the url linked to the feedback will be from this site, will it work or will the link be inactive or not found when clicked on the new software?
I do go back to those posts from time to time.
