I just started with e cigs about a week ago, I've been buying the disposable xhale o2s from 711 and have enjoyed them immensely. Now i'm thinking of upgrading to a rechargeable, but I want an inexpensive one where I can buy refills locally and not have to deal with buying stuff over the internet. I'm either going to buy the rechargeable xhale from 711 for 20 bucks or the Mistic from walmart for 15 bucks. Out of those two what would you guys recommend?

If you really want better products you're going to have to buy online i'm afraid. There just are not a lot of brick and mortar places filled with quality just yet. I can't in good faith really recommend any PV from a gas station/711 or Walmart.

Your dollar will go further online as well when it comes to vaping. If you're scared to buy items online, consider a rechargeable prepaid credit/debit card. That way, you load what you use so even if someone gets your card number you are much safer then an actual credit card. They can't spend what simply isn't there.

You'll get all sorts of opionons as to what PV is the best. In my personal opinion, the eGo got me off of cigarettes so in that respect I love them. I will always be grateful for the device for serving that purpose. These days my VV box mod rocks my socks off. It's love... absolute lusty dirty true PV love.

Sadly, I have to agree with that. As frosting suggests, brick-and-mortar vendors are few and far between. If you restrict your options to gas stations, 7-11s and Walmart, you stunt your growth as a vaper in the extreme.

Prepaid CCs are, in fact, the solution if identity theft is the issue. Another would be to email the vendors and ask if they'll do business the old fashioned way, by snail-mail and money order. Some do.
