I have an XL manual bat (single logo) that misfires. That is when I push the button sometimes nothing happens. I actually have to look for the LED to see if it's on before I inhale. This happens more often than not and is a little annoying. Have only had this bat for a couple of weeks and it's been like this from the start. I thought maybe it was "user error" like not pushing down hard enough or correctly but that does not appear to be the case.

Is there a fix or something I can do? Something wrong with the button?

Blue, I have a few manuals XL's like this...
I talked to Mark about these sticky switches and he had me forward the info on to Leaford (you may want to mention it to Leaford as well in case they're keeping a count). So hopefully improvements on the switch can be made in the future.

I can usually mess around with them to get them to work. I agree with you that it's a bit annoying, but the only time it's really a problem is while I'm driving (cause I'm always looking for the LED instead of watching the road). That being said, I think I'm going to switch to an auto in the car (and then pray I don't flood it...LOL...).

im assuming you tried different cartos? sometimes i notice that certain cartos misfire for me. i know its the carto because its always the same ones.

Now I'm spooked! I tried another carto just now and no misfires! I had to double check because of your comment. Thanks for the tip Henrid. I'll pay attention to which ones work and which ones don't. Weird cuz they're all OK on my other XL.

Spoke to soon... a couple of misfires but not too bad. Seem to work more often than not. A lot better than what it was, that's for sure. I'll just keep refilling this carto and keep for this bat.
