I will send an email to CS, but I'm leaving for vacation in 2 days and one of my new XL batteries is only working 5-10% of the time. I have been mostly using the PT for the past 2 weeks, so my other battery is finally dead and this is the first time I've tried this one.

It is hit or miss when you press the button on whether the led will light and it is frustrating to inhale when there is no power.

Has anyone else had this problem and figure out how to get it working better?

Often, a decrease in performance (including ability to charge and function properly) is a sign that the battery connection point is blocked. First, take a pin and clean any debris out of the holes in the battery. Then, dip a q-tip in rubbing alcohol and swab the  connection point. It’s best to do this weekly for all batteries.

Otherwise, they have a 45 day replacement period, so they'll fix it.

Thanks for the replies.

Upon further investigation: pushing the button to one side it will not work at all, pushing the button to the other side it works 50% of the time, and pushing the button straight in it only works 5-10% of the time.

I was hoping that it would be something I could get a quick fix for, but it seems to be a mechanical alignment issue.

Luckily, this is the second set of batteries I have purchased. The other batteries are regular automatics, so other than the fact that the manual XL batteries provide a much better vaping experience (can't wait to make a 5 volt mod now), I should be able to make it through Magic Kingdom with what I have.
