Well, looks like my next batt will be another manual XL then. I do love mine but the BF has been eyeing it and I will probably end up giving it to him if he starts vaping more.

Thanks for the feedback all :)

Well. good luck with that. I tried the same with my wife. Worked fine until she bummed my manual one evening. She now has 4 XL manuals of her own and finally leaves mine alone. My sneaky ploy failed, but maybe you'll be luckier!

He just isn't sold on vaping. I gave him some supplies of his own and he will only use them if he is out of cigs, or at work. I wish he would take to it like your wife has, I bet he would feel better physically. Maybe having an XL manual will be better than the auto reg he has been using.

Actually, Michelle, my wife's progress has also been slow going. She still smokes cigs although she's a very light smoker. In fact, yesterday was the first time that she asked me for a vape flavor by name: "Do you have any more Kants?" (STK!) But yeah, I found that her interest in vaping rose after she moved to manuals, which she says are much more like smoking cigs. I'm looking forward to the day--it's coming--when she smokes her final cig.

I have 3 autos and that's what they are for.

I only use autos for driving. This way I can keep it on my mouth and not take my hands off of the wheel. Once i am out of the car I go back to manuals because they are much more reliable.

I have been looking at an e-pipe but only if I can find a way to use cartos with them and maintain the look.

Do the XLs now being sold are the new ones with larger holes or are they still the original, smaller ones? I have reg manuals with larger holes and I think they are perfect. Does anyone know?

I recently received my eighth XL manual, and it's the first one that's a bit different. The switch is elevated slightly more, and the draw is a bit more airy. Larger holes? Dunno. But nothing bad at all even if I did notice the slight differences.
