Xtar VP4 Dragon and 21700 batteries

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this charger will handle charging 21700's? It doesn't name them in the manual. Any help is appreciated.

I don’t have the Dragon but I have the Rocket from xtar & 21700 fits.

Why don’t we ask @XTAR-Justin ? Justin the Dragon fits 21700 batteries?
