XXXL Cartos hold less and less

Hi. I have tried using smok's XXXL cartomizers and they have been getting the job done. But one thing I don't get. When they are brand new, they will hold several mLs of fluid.

On the second fill they hold significantly less.

Anything after that and you are constantly refilling and watching your juice drip to the floor.

What am I doing wrong? Why does the capacity drop so quickly?

Same for any re-used carto. Filler begins to fail and can not absorb/hold the liquid as efficiently. Flushing with Hot water helps a bit. lay aside for a day to dry.

Actually the problem seems to be that I am overfilling them. It was like they were clogged. I just took 2 useless cartos and gently blew on the end into a napkin. I kept doing that until no more juice came out and refilled them. Both worked great.
