I don't know your vendor so I couldn't say exactly although that's a long time to get an update. However, lags do happen, sometimes whatever "shipping container" has to be filled up, and etc. Also customs can take quite a while.
If it's an ECF vendor, you can message them in the vendor forums and they will usually help you out. If it's another vendor and you are concerned, ,you could always message/contact them in order to get more information and etc.
