Ok here's my noob question. Package says extra bottle and a business card....what's the lil package of black lookin stuff? I'm quessing the stuff for the positive battery connection but wanna make sure.

Noalox! Yes, it goes on the contact point. You should have a little piece of tubing in there also. Look in the corners of the bag or in the bottle cap. That is the reducer tube. Used for thin juices or self-feeding of juice.

What is this of which you speak, nerak the all-knowing?

Self-feeding is when the juice on it's own moves up the tube and into the atty or drip well.

It has been reported happening in very hot climates. Also with juice that is very thin.

Airplanes rides with your REO can also result in self-feeding.

The reducer tube inserted in the end of your tubing in the bottle will reduce the flow of juice and eliminate self-feeding in most cases. Do not push the reducer tube all the way in! It will/might get stuck!
