Everybody must be surfing Rob's Reo site....

Well, I connect at 50mb download for internet and a blazing fast PC, was already signed into Paypal and had the URL of the one I wanted in the address bar and hit enter right at 7 and I made it halfway thru checkout and it said there was no more....but I did get the 2nd one I had in mind..The site was bogged down bigtime-That could be solved if they increased bandwidth at the hosting provider-would cost more tho monthly for hosting fees..

what is this thing around you atomizer? Looks good is it a cone? And of course congrats to your purchase

I'll answer the base question you asked in hopes that MatrixTech will give his opinion on how it works, and if it is not just bling for the Reo... (I have two on order, should be here in a day or two).

They are called Drip Shields. You can get them from this vendor. Almost as hard to get as the Reos. At least in colors you want.

My understanding is they are in essence, giant drip wells. They are designed for 901 style attys but you can use a set of two adapters to get them to work (available from the same vendor) on the 510's.

The Reos already have a good sized drip well, so I wonder what functional use they provide. Didn't stop me from ordering some though. Not even in the color I preferred. No wonder my bank account continues to be hammered. I guess after Saturday it won't matter anyway :)

Hey Gary,

Thanks for the detailed answer. I heard about drip shields before but never seen one on a picture or cared about it much either, but now seeing this I also thought "is it a pimp my reo" kinda thing or is it actually something useful. Please if you find time pm me after you received it if its really useful or just a bling bling thingy. It looks mad cool if the cost is not too high I'll probably buy one as well have to check the site out first. I sadly have the same thing happening to my bank acc some idiot buys stuff off of e-cig stores and my money is just decreasing each day.

Thanks a lot for the info

Sorry for the delay, IMO as far as functionality because the Reo has an awesome drip well, the only reason to use it on a Reo is if your using a 901 atty because of the hole located on the atty that always leaks out, the shield also does help if you over squeeze and your well fills up to much. If you use a 510, IMO its only for looks..altho they say the shield does help pull some of the heat away from the atty thus making it last longer ( I cannot confirm this ). Your best bet is to get a couple 510>901 and the 901>510 combo adapters, always good to have a few adapters like that laying around anyway.

As far as the bank account goes, I feel ya. Altho I was a 2 pack day smoker at around 5-600$ per month..I haven't smoked in over 7 months, so I figure I'm still quite ahead of the game :)

Cool. Thanks for the mini-review. One of the ones I've in-transit is for my son who is a brand new vapor. So I'm sure it will help him, in confidence if nothing else. Who knows, he may like the 901's. I like the 901 adapters - pretty neat to be able to adjust the draw. Although I'm currently using an 801 adapter at the moment. I'm liking these Ikenvape Fusion cartos. Can't wait to try the Fusion atty.

Holy smokes, $9 a pk for the demon sticks where you are? I saw Camels for less than $4 today in a c-store. When I quit they were higher than that.?.

Top brand name smokes here are about that if not more after tax. MX and I figured out that if we were still smoking today, it would cost us a total of $900 per month. Yikes.
