Because of switching to e-cig (and selling a thompson vocal eliminator) I got a new computer for Christmas! :D We saved so much money!!!

I had a (OLD)p2 1.6ghz with (maxed out)1gig ram. It was noisy, turned on (or off) on its own, could NOT run word and internet or skype and internet browser at the same time. I know how to work on comps and resurrected that comp several times from DEAD dead. It has been time for a while to upgrade.

NOW I have a brand new Acer duel core 1.6, 4gig ram, 1 tb drive.. and it even came with windows 7, kb, 21.5 wide monitor and mouse! :)

I was kinda worried about it being only 1.6ghz before... but this processor is way faster... plus its X2! And now that I got it!!!! WOW its faster then my DH's 4 core. :D Thank you DH and santa and God and e-cigs for my new comp!

YAY! If you stick to e-cigs on a budget you can save money and buy new TOYS!~~~~~

Absolutely! Everyone always says "Where is all this money you saved while on E-Cigs!??" I always say some of it is in my stomach (go out to eat more), some of it is in electronics, and some of it goes back into e-cigs!

No doubt I save money and I LOVE it! :) No more gas station trips! Which also means no more WAY overpriced drinks and snacks!! Love it!

Congrats on your new beautiful computer!! Now there are no excuses from not being on ECF at least 12 hours a day! :p

Thanks everyone! :) I am turning my old computer into the "office only" word computer for the park I manage. Probably going to take it apart and vacuum it first. Wipe it then just instal office necessary software.

My next Step it to pay off my car faster and get a LARGE tv. :)

After that maybe I will get a mod.

Nice, sounds like you really needed an upgrade. You could still use the old one if you throw something like Puppy Linux on it.
What he said. :) AND/OR take a 250G partition and slap a linux on the new one. My linux is just rattling around in a 320G drive, lots of room left. Unless, of course, winders is so bloated these days that it needs all of that new 1000G drive. ;)

/proselytizing off

Congrats on the new box! :D
