And that, dear audience, is the driving mechanism of this thread. :D
So we're in agreement that infrequent second-hand smoke might be vaguely harmful in the outdoors under extraordinary conditions?
And that second-hand vapor is really never going to be harmful to anyone for the most part?

Yeah, I'm not quite so sure we are in agreement yet.

The funniest part of that quote:
...and we do not know yet the the health effects of inhaling pure nicotine...

1) We could only wish we had pure nicotine (albeit properly diluted)
2) The effects of inhaling pure nicotine in any reasonable quantity are well known.... death. That's why we use 1.x % or even 2.x/3.x % solutions.

I'm not going to comment on the anti-freeze thing. Nope. Won't. Grrrr. Nope.

To be completely fair... we don't know the effects of 2nd hand vape for certain. We have good guesses. A lot safer than being around auto exhaust and such on the roads I would guess. However, some people are sensitive to PG and/or VG. But I think the concentrations are very low and dilute. Not likely a problem. Certainly no proof that it's an issue.

Given the # of people that have posted about stealth vaping at their desk at work, for example, I'm impressed that we haven't heard of any issues.
