Hmmm. Hey folks - so I asked about this in the General forum but no one has replied, so I came back to the trusty smokers' thread.

Basically I pieced together an order on 3 different sites*, and this site called VaporFusion.com came in at over $30 less than the others... which is a big difference. The only thing is, although the site says "Genuine joyetech" and "Kanger", there are almost no mentions of it on ECF and there are no product reviews on the site for 99% of the products.

So... would you order from them, or would you spend $35 more to buy from a more popular site? Help?

If it were me, I would probably go with cheaper option one time only, and if I had good luck with that one purchase, continue on. Maybe just get a small order from that one and the rest from the more expensive ones, so that if there's a problem I'm not out everything I just spent. But I'm not a good bargain hunter at all and I haven't bought from any one of those yet.

Had a fairly good wknd, smoked a little more than I wanted to but all in all I kept it under 10 each day! I'm loving my new toy (itaste) & still trying to figure out all the vv/vw stuff. But so far so good.
I hope you all are doing ok & getting by, I'm gonna try & play catch up now!

I just did a (very) quick check on the forum ... looks like several people have ordered from them and they loved the quick (free?) shipping. The drawback ... looks as if they were all noobs (not sure if they'd know a knockoff or not?). I checked out the site, they are not showing the bottom of the Joyetech's -- where the stamped logo is.
My problem though would be this ...
Warranty Information
This product is not covered by warranty and cannot be exchanged.

If they have free shipping it might be worth it to check their products out.

I'm not one that is convinced that the Joyetech brand name is actually superior to the "knock-offs" .... so for me, I'd just order from Fasttech and wait 8 days for it to get to my house. No surprises, and I know they honor their warranty.

That thread is only 2 people--both registered in June, with only 5 posts--saying they placed orders on that site. And every post that first person has written is about VaporFusion.com.

Bonus points for the other guy in that thread that got mad at them. hehe

Finally caught up on the thread, it's my goal in life to stay informed. However, we might be intimidating the visitors with our hundreds of pages of posts. Wonder if Lox could edit the first post to encourage people to post without feeling obligated to read the whole thread?

We had a great day, the house is finally company-clean, it's been a while. Visited with family 3 times today, read my forums a lot, watched some truly funny youtube vids with dd1 and didn't have to break out duct tape or handcuffs for dd2. However, they are both still awake, so the option stays open!

Back to the slog tomorrow, I remember years ago when I looked forward to going to work. Oh, how the mighty have fallen! Now I look most forward to going home at the end of the day! But, in this economy I'm just happy to be still gainfully employed.

Alisa, sorry you are smoking but you are keeping the count down. You need to do what you can tolerate right now. Sounds like you are hanging in there. It is taking me a while to figure out my spinner and adjusting the voltage. I keep forgetting. With your iTaste, you should be able to set it on wattage and it will "read" the ohms of your topper and adjust the voltage automatically. Sounds like a good deal to me - no having to remember what ohms the head is. Just have to figure out what wattage gives you the best flavor. From what I read, once you figure out what is a good wattage for you, most juices will taste good right around that range. So much fun to play with a new toy!

FQ, Yeah. You made through the visit. I knew you would. Let her sweat outside with the ciggie. Once it sinks in on how good you are doing, it may peak her interest. I have a cousin who cops an attitude when I mention my vaping. So I don't. I am waiting for her to ask me, now. You can lead a horse to water........
