Yesterday i started vaping and weird things happened

First of all hello to this beautiful community <3,

So straight in to my problem. I quit smoking today but started vaping yesterday. Yesterday in the evening (I had started vaping) i experienced for the first time in my life a leg cramp. I've never had one and i was like wtf. Today i started experience a pain in my hand manageable but still concerning. I am using a 6mg (both PG and VG) if this helps.

Any ideas? is this because of vaping or sth else that i should look into it? Anyone experienced something similar?

Dehydration and very low potassium and magnesium. I've gotten bad leg cramps from an early age, usually while laying in bed before I got to sleep.

Drink some water, continue to vape and don't smoke.

Keep hydrated while vaping. PG molecules are hygroscopic which bind with water. So you could be getting dehydrated.

I'd agree on the possible dehydration issue I have gotten bad cramps on occasion (pre vaping) and hydrating and potassium always fixed it. Maybe invest in a supply of bananas, and potentially, drink more. Your hand cramp could be from using the mod, IDK. But, I'm not sure this is vaping related, other than perhaps the need to drink more water while transitioning and your body adjusts and increase potassium, that will help with any cramps.
