On Saturday, I finally received my SVD and MVP 2 from fasttech that I had on order before I purchased my Reo Grand. Yesterday, I left my Reo at home, and took both of these to work, because some co-workers were interested in seeing them and I figured I could "test drive" them more while at work.
Let me tell you - I couldn't be happier to get home and get back to my Reo! I'm underwhelmed with the performance of the MVP 2 - despite all the recommendations from folks on the forum for it. I thought I would like the form factor of it, since I'm enjoying my Reo.....notsomuch.....
Protank II looks gargantuan on it, and the Davide mini is "meh" for me - and the iClear30 produces an even tighter draw on it than on my other mods.
I'm actually surprised that my SID is still my second favorite mod and my current "2nd device" that I carry with me, with my Reo when I leave the house.
I'm probably going to end up selling the MVP 2 - gently used and the SVD and keep the SID, Reo and K101 (for dripping and testing new juices). Vamo is still in route to me (again purchased before the Reo - and the wrong color sent initially).
It definitely firms up my decision to get another Reo when finances allow, and because I do enjoy a tube mod from time to time, I probably will pick up a ProVari mini - but the Reo will be my daily driver.
All day at work I was thinking - I really miss my Reo!!!!
