Hi, which chip yihi and box model(brand) is one of the best for TC(for ss316l) in your opinion.

I've been using my SX350j Boxer mods in TCR with SS430 for a few months.
It beats the snot out of VW with kanthal IMO.
I liked the flavor from twisted 28ga but it was hell to scrape coils (sweet juice).
24ga SS430 beats kanthal and single strand builds are easy to clean.
I wasn't impressed with 316 or 316L.
I like YiHi TC more than Dicodes. I never used dna so can't compare them.

I have a G Class which I really like in TC and a older Boxer mod with the SX350J chip which I do TC on 316 with the TCR mode on it. I did have a Q Mini but that mod was a disappointment for me, could be I got a lemon though.
The thing with Yihi in TC is you have to set your joules right, too high and you will get rattlesnaking.
For me the best TC is the FSK chip in the Hohm Wrecker G2 and Slice, then the DNA200 or 250 and the Yihi. I personally think the Yihi and DNA are neck and neck but the DNA does have more personalization via escribe. The FSK chip is on top because you can TC any wire and even tailor your normal 316 TC on the mod to suit what you like.
The only problem with the FSK is there not pretty like a G Class, Therion or Finder mods.

I would say anything from the 350J-V2 on (those with 16 bit ADCs) will provide excellent TC, even with SS/low TCR metals. The latest 550J is the smoothest of them all.
