So, out of curiosity, I sent Yiloong a price request for the minimum quantity of 5pcs. $45 each which seems kind of high for a plastic China mod. That leads me to believe retail will probably be north of $50.

I'm not convinced they are actually printed. They almost look injection molded.

Although the door has a similar pattern to the Anchor, I think the similarities end there.

There are only so many ways to make a plastic squonk box.

not sure if it's decent or not....but the Gorilla on the first one is pretty cool. I'd pay $45 for a Gorilla.

That said, A new 510 from ModMaker ($8) a little silver ($15?) a decent bottle ($5)... a killer squonker for under $80 and some arts and crafts fun? I call it a win.

Honestly, not my thing. Even if it was $10.
I like little mech squonk boxes. But I want only a HIGH QUALITY mech squonk box.
I'm much more partial to delrin, though I MIGHT get a printed one, one of these days, if it's not priced stupid and is actually available for purchase.

agreed....the $$$ being shelled out on a Frankenskull amaze me. But I now see why people love these little mechs. I have a few Orcas. They're similar in mechanics but they're milled delrin. They're extremely durable, light and perfect for violent work conditions. They fire every time and in the event they need fixed, even I can do it.

I prefer high quality stuff as well but it never hurts to have a "throw away" device you don't mind tearing up.

absolutely...a CC or a dibi have no business on an excavator.....even though I have zero doubt they'd survive without so much as a hiccup.

Looks like the paint comes off easy. But for the price i think its worth a shot if the shipping cost isnt more than the actual mod...
