I have been vaping for two months and started with a Vamo. It was a good introduction and THEN...I found the Reo community. I have been reading many posts and decided to jump on board and bought my Reo Grand. Thank you for such great information and support. I am giving my Vamo to a friend who is interested in vaping.

Welcome aboard bbwbfan :D

You made out like a bandit! The VAMO is a great introduction to the next step beyond eGo type stuffs. Many of us wish we had discovered REOville so soon after getting serious about vaping.

What color is your Grand? Do you have it yet? If so post up some pics for us to drool over! :D

Don't listen to these guys and gurls. Run for you life, they'll get you hooked on this marvelous mod and you'll be strung out and left wanting more Reo's. They're all hooked and have many Reo's themselves, they're trying to get you hooked like they are. Before you run like a scared animal be sure to change the address to my house for delivery. Ok now really I'd say get the RM2 also and don't be afraid of building your own coil it's really easy and fun. The video's by Stats, Super, and Vapdiver are great tutorials, not to mention the hoards of people here that are just chomping at the bit to help if you have any problems. Welcome to Reoville and don't forget the pix we need them to feed our addiction. Congrats!

I purchased the Black with silver cover and I'm looking at the Reomizer. I have some 306 cisco attys that I'm going to use. I'm a little intimidated with the RBA still. If it makes a big difference in vaping experience then I will probably get one. I'm still confused about the differences between the 306 and 510's and the different resistance. If someone could explain the difference it makes on the vape experience I would love to be enlightened. One of the appealing things to me is the support I've read on this forum. I feel like I have finally found my home.

LOL about giving my friend my Vamo. I actually have 2 Vamo's and will keep one to check resistance and such. If I become a true Reonaut then I will probably show him the Reo too. who knows where we will end up.?!

There's not THAT much difference between 510 and 306 (IMHO)....depending on who you ask, I guess. The threading is an obvious difference, and the drip tips are not interchangeable, but....they both work on the 510 connections. There are fans of each....but either will work fine on your REO....but a RM2 will work better.

The lower the resistance, the warmer the vape. So a 1.5 ohm LR atty of either (510 or 306) will be warmer than a 2.5 ohm atty, either kind. Is that what you're wondering? When you coil your own (rebuildables) you can make the coil hit any ohm you choose, which is one of the beauties of RBAs. Many REO users like a really warm vape and roll coils at around 1.0 ohms. That's about what I like, too.
