I recently sent in my old silver bullet (3yrs old) to get the threading partfor the atomizer connection redone as it wore out over time. It had been through alot.lol. It was very worn. The great people at alt smoke returned it to me and cleaned it and polished it up to like like new! !! Thanks guys! !!That is great customer service! !
