I joined this forum tonight to ask a specific question concerning my new mod not charging, but when I go to the area to make the post (vaporesso) it says "(You have insufficient privileges to post here.)"

Do I have to wait until my account is fully activated (by a mod,) until I am able to post in that specific forum or is there another reason?

I'll have to do some digging as to why you can not post there. Your account is not in moderated status (otherwise you wouldn't be able to post anywhere).

Sometimes, insufficient privileges just means the thread has been closed due to age, or something like that.

Ahh, yes, that may be; this particular brand of mod I purchased (Vaporesso) does not seem too popular or known. At least, it's new to me.

There was an issue - it's fixed ..you can post now in that forum in general
But if it is a closed thread , as already mentioned you won't be able to post in that thread.
