I'm exploring the women's room today! "C is me" is what I responded years ago when some corporate guy wanted to know who "C" was that took a message for him. Many people still refer to me as just plain C. In my defense I was really tired when I signed on to ECF one night. lol I had tried several cat variations but they were already in use.

I have been changing my avatar quite a bit but it usually has something do to with cats because I have 2 and love them to bits. I love most critters but my girls beat all. :)

You didn't try Catmom? LOL I was amazed that it was available! Well, now I'll just refer to you (inside my head) as C. I've been calling you Cisme, sounds like sizz meee.

Well, since its valentines day, I thought I would copy and paste the forum post my husband made about our characters, and how they helped our relationship over the past years. And yeah, has to do with my screen name :)

My wife and I first met when I was in the navy and home on leave. We dated a bit and I went back out to Connecticut. We kept in touch by phone at first but that got expensive quickly. When I flew her out to visit me (the same trip where I proposed to her) I introduced her to Everquest.

She had been a gamer already for some time, but only single player stuff like Morrowind and Bauldur's Gate and the like. When she went back home to San Diego we still talked on the phone, but not nearly as much as we were together in game. Not only did it provide us with a cheaper way to stay in contact but it also allowed us to do things together even though we were a country apart.

Later after we were married and I had been transferred to San Diego we continued to play together. And when I was deployed I would take my laptop. We played together while I was in Singapore and she was still back home. I have since left the service, but we still play together. So far we have had a Lewin and a Serianna in EQ, EQ2, DDO, and now Rift, and if they aren't always still our mains, we do still always play together.

Rift is having a try at getting the most couples married in a video game in a single day, to go into the Guinness book of world records today. Hubs and I will be getting married in game (they just put in the mechanic last week) tonight when he gets home from work. Well, after we use up that bottle of marsala wine I bought with a nice big Chicken Marsala dish.

Guess I missed that one. But, it suits you so well. :) I had been reading on ECF for nearly 3 weeks before I signed up and I remember being on information overload.

Serianna, I'm a big believer in laughing and playing together, then everything else is easier. :) I'm a little concerned you read my name as "kiss me"! It never occurred to me - what if people think I'm soliciting, er, attention?! :?:

What a great story! Making me feel all warm and fuzzy - thanks so much for posting.
