What's wrong with the web site, I can't get logged on or reset password?

I need to place an order for some juice.

I did finally did get signed on and got my order in, don't know what was happing, tried like 50 times. Can't live without my Cuban Cigar, and the web site was showing only 11 left, I kind of panicked a little. Anyway, all's well now, got the emails saying it was shipped.
