An understandable concern. A good mod will discharge well. I have 8 multi battery mods and all show the battery levels very equal when put in the charger. Speaking of which, a good external charger is strongly recommended rather then on-board charging. An extra pair of married batteries keeps you vaping while one pair is charging and taking that extra charged pair (in a proper case, of course!) on long or overnight trips will get you through the trip.

I know HOW I'm supposed to do it, it just still freaks me out lol. I have 4 batteries I just bought, but I'd have to buy another EIGHT when I get the two setups to make sure they're paired or 'married' and that's a lot lol. I guess once you get passed the initial cost it's ok, but man that's a lot upfront, especially since my 4 brand new batteries would be pretty much useless!

Sorry! I didn't catch that you were going to buy 2 setups. Even then, you shouldn't need 8 batteries. 2 married pairs, one for each dual battery mod should work out.

I didn't put that in there, I just have to have 2 of whatever I get lol... I have 2 tanks running at the same time so I have to have 2 mods... at least that's what I tell myself (and my husband lol).

I have to have 2 sets of batteries for each mod, so I have 4 now, for my 2 single battery mods, if I get 2 mods that take 2 batteries each, then I need 8 batteries! Cause, if one set dies, I need another set already charged and ready to swap out. Otherwise my world will crash! LOL

What batteries do you use? Just curious. I'm tired of having to charge batteries so frequently! I wish I would have held off buying my Primo Minis until I had money to get the Aliens, but I'm so impatient and the V8 Stick just wasn't doing it for me!

I got my ikonn 220 kit today. Here's a pic of it next to my repaired IPV6x. The display is quite a bit dimmer, and if you're in the sun you will need to find a shady spot to see what you're doing. I don't expect it to be much of a problem.
I didn't know what to expect from the bigazz button, whether pressing anywhere along it would cause it to fire or not. It does not, it appears to have a single switch at the top with the button fixed at the bottom so it acts like a short of lever. Nice and handy. Maybe Smok does theirs the same way? I've never tried one to see.
The tank is what I expected. Big clouds and less flavor with the HW3 coil that speed in the tank. I've not found anything that beats the goblin mini with dual claptons for vapor density and flavor yet.
I've not tried TC yet. Right now I'm trying out the on-board 2 amp balanced charging with some partially discharged VTC6s. I saw it as a bonus feature when mod shopping, it should be faster than my D2 charger, and if I'm in a situation where I need to plug in I don't want to wait around.
Another slight disappointment for me is the carbon fiberish inlay on the back has a smooth satin finish on it. I was hoping for some texture.

My current favourite at the moment is the Aspire nx100, it's nothing special but the 26650 batteries are giving me more or less the same battery life as a dual battery mod. I have paired it with the Smok spiral. Only got this setup yesterday but I haven't used anything else seen. Only con I have is it's not as reliable as the archon

I just recently got the Smok GX 2/4 and I'm loving this mod. With the dual battery door on it's the slimmest and smallest dual 18650 I've come across. And in quad battery mode it lasts all day long. I found it on a website called ejuiceconnect.com for I believe it was $56.99. Cheapest price I found for this kit on the internet. It has the same chip and screen as the Alien, so easy to navigate! If you're new to vaping or an experienced vaper. Add this mod to your collection!!!!

And each box comes with an RBA. Which I like(doesn't leak).
