Your Post History Edit?

Would it be possible to have an option to delete some or all of your post history in the CP? Or have a setting to show only your last post in the same thread?

What happens is like say you post a lot in a contest thread...then you end up with 5 pages of posting history...then to see your other post to other threads you have to go back through pages and pages to find them.

Wouldn't being able to clean your history up also help your servers memory wise?

The only way I could see to accomplish this would be to hard delete your posts---a lot of work if many members wanted it done, plus doing that can mess with google searches etc.......

Sorry, but I think you have to live with your post history for better or worse.

Yeah, I kinda figured it wouldn't be easy the way everything is linked together nowadays. Well...I gotta live with my past every day (yeah, the for better or worse part) so I guess a few more pages wont hurt. Not a big deal...just wondering.

...well then since this space seems to be free now, maybe I can try to sneak in an only-very-remotely-related question (related only in that it also deals with the CP)... Don't suppose there is or could be a way to download stored PM messages?
