Thank you for the kind words Snork. That Satin Finish on Ribbed has just an incredible look doesn't it? It's nothing like just plain satin, something really pops with it!

This one is truly not photographable. I took like 15 pictures and none of them capture it. And the whole thing is perfect. flawless. Unusable-type display material.

I think its a great shot , snorkie. The satin is NOT EASY to photograph. I think you caught the beauty of the finish and the amazing detail of the surface too. SO be proud..... at shot like that should sell the satin finish to those who had any doubts.

Here is the bottom post, it has a thick brass washer.

Thanks for pointing that out Snork. All 26650, 18650 and 18500's have been shipping the past few weeks with the one machined brass spacer (it is equal to 4 stacked washers or about what most IMR batteries need). I never liked having to stack four washers, it seemed too ghetto, so we machined a purpose made spacer. You can fine tune the spacer down too for more throw if you'd like, it's made of soft brass. Just pull it along a piece of sandpaper laid on a flat surface.
