I was lucky enough to get in on the ZAP's that were briefly available today. I ordered two with the hope if giving one to my little bro who is a recent provari owner. What are the chances of me keeping the both of them for myself? Is that selfish?
I know he wanted one but they were sold out before he could order it.

completely selfish. You should send it to me! :p

Wrap it up and put it under the tree with no label. When Christmas comes around, you can decide whether you want to add his name to the label or whether you have a nice gift for yourself!

I had been checking the site since 12:15 last night. I finally saw that they were available around 4pm. I wanted to add some juice to the order but I didn't because I wanted to make sure I got the zaps ordered before it was to late.

Uhhhh I've been checking all day!! What time did they go up?!

Decide for yourself if you think it's selfish. What would your brother do if he was in your shoes?

They were available around 3:00 pmish eastern time for about 15/20 minutes. Then Sold Out.
I understand more available 12/19/12. Good luck. :)

Congrats Spraintz...How ya liking it so far?

I seem to think mine is nice. :)

I use mine as my "at home" setup. Not quite ready to take her out much since I haven't yet found a solution to the gravity/angle wick leaking issue aside from setting it down standing up or holding it. My attempts at making a lanyard for it have proven to be either completely useless or violently hideous.

Maybe Provape might come along with a holster/lanyard deal?

And 300 sounds cool...10 ZAPs a minute. That's fast.

Ya know, I like it....so far so good.

I have heard a ton about this "leaking" and couldn't really imagine how bad it could be. I lay my mod on it's side(air hole up) when I'm not taking a hit. So far in hasn't flooded or started to leak in any way. Could you describe exactly the leaking you experience?

The ZAP has a lot of competition with the rest of my atomizers: AC9, BliSS and G-tank-US. My BliSS has been my "go-to" atomizer so far but in the first couple ml's the ZAP is holding it's own.

I will prolly take mine out and about just to show it off ;) but I do foresee having to be very aware of the top cap. Other than that I think it is a very worthy atomizer and a proud new addition to the team. :headbang:

Got mine today.

Spent a few minutes adjusting the coils, didn't take much.

Holy Clouds of Vapor this thing is much more consistent than my other RBA's.

I really brings out the vapor and flavor of my Ahulsion juices so far. I have used 2 of my least favorite and decided they would both be great as all day vapes. I'm lucky in that I work from home so I can use this without worry of spillage etc.

It's kinda big on a regular Provari but it doubles as a club if I need it.

Hello,

Congratulations to everyone who got theirs! Still waiting for mine but want to ask - how easy is it to knock the top cap off?

Are we talking holding it cap down and then flicking it up to vape would send the cap flying off? From what I've read, keeping the orings juice free or even replacing them with thicker ones seems to help.

(been trying to search for colored orings - would appreciate it if anyone has some links handy)

Thanks and enjoy!

It's not really "leaking" in the conventional sense. It's just very efficiently wicking :)

The issue with mine is mainly a juice issue. I use a few thin liquids that flow like quicksilver. I sometimes forget to stand up my PV and, if the air hole is down, I get a mess. If the air hole is up, I can just stand it upright for a few minutes and it mostly drains back down into the tank.

Zen designed them well...just not with my particular brand of stupidity in mind. I love mine and, having worked out most of the kinks in my technique, have virtually no problems making it work every time.

Since they don't offer much in the way of lanyards in the provape site, I hope its ok to mention you should check out serenitygear.com for a lanyard/holster.

I can't seam to get most of my drip tips to fit. So far I can only find one that fits. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know where I can get one that fits?

I sent the extra ZAP to my sister-in-law so she can put it under the tree for my bro to open on Xmas morning. They live a few hours away so we won't be seeing them for a while. I have been tormenting him since Tuesday about how great it is. He is going to be surprised.
