Zainy - Electronic Cigarettes

Sorry to the moderators but I didn't know which section to put this.

I am about to buy from Zainy - Electronic Cigarettes

But i just can't find any real info on them.
Has anyone here used them before?

I have sent in 2 Support questions but got no e mail replies back, when I was on the 'live online' chat all was going well then the chat just stopped and i was all alone, maybe a connection problem i don't know.

Anyway, before I start paying for things just a bit of a heads up would be good.

I've never heard of Zainy, either. What were you planning on buying?

From a quick browse I can tell you that it appears healthcabin.com has better prices and I can say that I had no problems at all ordering from them.

Somebody else came in the thread (I forget who it was but i'm pretty sure it was a respected, well established poster I believe) said they had ordered stuff from that site before and had no problems. I personally don't know but i'll do a quick search and look for the other thread.

You could order something less pricey to check them out but I think you will be ok. Still, order anything from ANY site at your own risk.

I am trying to decide who to order from.
Jason from vapeescape.co.uk is great, have used him in the past and he sends it to my UK address then my mate seds it to me here in Thailand.
As for Zainy, I have no idea, thus this Thread.

I need to decide between the vapeescape.co.uk lavatube 4 and the Zainy lavatuve 2
Price not important to me.

I've purchased from Ainy Zeng (aka Zainy) on a different website and had no issues at all. Fast delivery, correct order, well packed and good prices.

Jason replies to my every e mail and I have used vapeescape before with no problems.
I just hope the Lavatube 4 is a good bit of kit

I don't know why she doesn't take the time and use this Forum, she could generate a lot more income.
If she'd been a member here and I could have chatted with her I would have probably ordered around $150 worth of stuff today, but I didn't due to not being able to get answers.

We ordered from zainy on 11/28/2012. We waited and waited. Emailed and emailed. Got home from work on 1/15/2013 and I have a notice of a package waiting at the post office. The tracking number ended with "CN". I showed my honey this and was told "yep that's from China". So yesterday on my lunch break I go to the Post Office and hand the not very happy postal worker my notice. She disappears into a room for 10 minutes and comes back out with a box that has been opened and re-taped. One of the corners of the box was caved in. It also had a US Customs verified label on it (I'm assuming that's where the second layer of tape came from). I opened the box and there is my Vamo clone kit from Zainy. The kit box was actually pretty nice and everything was neatly packed. It came with 2 18350 batteries, 2 6ml Vivi Novas, a battery charger, the short tube, the longer tube, the end cap, an empty liquid bottle with needle tip, and a user's guide. I was a little impressed at all that came with it for the price.- with all that said, I would still NEVER order from them again. I will take my business somewhere else that actually provides tracking information and answers emails. I understand that shipping from China can take a while if a Worldwide shipping company like DHL is not used but that's no excuse for no response or customer service. The 45 days I waited for my Vamo wasn't too bad because I had an eGo kit... but still, I was starting to wonder if I was ever going to see the damn thing or get my money back.
