btw.. just bought 2 replacement buttons for the z2.. to make my works kit complete =) not from ens.. but from that third party they keep mentioning...

Hopefully this and the replacement springs from ens that i am getting will fix the voltage drop i am getting.

on a 3 ohm coil fully charged battery 4.18 - during load - 3.75

I love a good nap, especially on a cool rainy afternoon I hope those having challenges with their Z2's get them figured out soon. Guess I'm just lucky as I love my two carto tanks w/killers. I have also formed a very special bond with my Ti Mini The other ones are getting jealous so I need to give them more attention. Have been so darn busy I seriously just fill and fun hoping everything works..but need to find the time for a little clean and rebuild session, hopefully Sunday. I'm very excited as our youngest son who lives in Pittsburgh will be home tomorrow for a week's visit. It's been almost a year since a got my bear hug from him so I'm ready.

I know, I want gm bad. probably gona be too rich for my blood. been doin some looking into how easy it is to polish up stainless. the z2 button on the bottom has a super polished look,, besides the scratches from setting it upright. thought about matching the tube. then realized how fingerprinty it would get.... nah

w/ the 3.0 ohm..
the zen at 4.18 hit 3.75
another similarly priced mod hit at 4.10

mind you same battery / same atty for both and zen was tested first

so i don't believe that the voltage drop of the zen is normal.

been working w/ ens so can't wait to get some replacement parts and see if it fixes my dilemma.

im having similar issues, ens sent me a new gold plated spring and it did make some difference. im running the carto and cant figure out how to check voltage under load. my brain don't work right sometimes. let me know what you figure out. I have tried brass screw and didn't notice any difference.
