Careful there..... we don't want to stress the unicorn

Too late... if Zen~s extracting sinew (i.e. muscle connective tissue) from the unicorn for the standard minimum order of 10,000 springs, I suspect the unicorn in question is already seriously stressed. :p

Evening, everyone!

Battoning down the hatches for a bit of slow-moving storm here... looks like we are finally going to experience a handful of rain systems for the first time in 2 or 3 years. The local news stations are going all hyperbolic (not in the mathmatical way) over this, because we here in Mid-Coast CA have not had any major natural disaster events in quite some time.

But, seriously... "...this could be our Katrina..."

It's...a...rain...storm.

Oh, dear, someone might get wet. There might even be FLOODING... of storm drains, or in an extreme instance, maybe 2.5" for 2 hours in someone's house in the Santa Cruz hills, which can be cleaned out by a few hours of blowing large fans and judicious application of Tylex. I, personally, anticipate the horrific plummeting of billions of liquid amber tree leaves and "monkey-ball" seed pods, and a weekend of cleaning that crap up.

(Stupid city-owned trees we can't get rid of without a court order...)

Even in 1983, when we had a series of huge rainstorms that resulted in 30 something people killed by mudslides and treefalls (or even 1989 with 60-odd killed during the earthquake) compares to actual hurricane damage - one reason I'd never live on the East coast. I'm always astonished by people who live there wondering how I can deal with once-in-a-lifetime large quakes, given what they go through practically every year.

I wish the TV news people would be more realistic....

Oh, well. I'm to bed tonight after finally catching up! :) :) :)

eh hurricanes arent scary...lived in florida for 16 years....seen one hurricane..... charley. it was a cat 5 that destroyed the town i lived in. i was outside during it....was pretty cool. town was rebuilt in a month. i would much rather live though a hurricane than a tornado or earthquake....something i can't see comming

people on zen's thread on vaporwall are just plain nasty...... i said my peace there, not that the trolls will listen.

thats ok, they won't like my response as well. there's a reason I don't hang over there and just try reading past the whiner baby posts once in a blue moon :p it does get a bit tiring though because it's spread through a lot of the forum lol...

my post count shows how much lol...

and "monkey-ball" seed pods,

OMG! When we were in grade school there was a "monkey ball" tree near the stairs going to the school. We would roll them down the hill, trying to get them to the feed store...LOL. Yes, the feed store. That brought back some nice memories of being young and silly. Thanks :)
My mother's house used to flood annually. Generally about 3 to 4 feet of water in the basement. Knowing when to start hauling stuff out because a fine art. The worst was in 85...basement full and about 2 feet in the main house. I couldn't even get home to help because all the roads into the town were flooded. That was a bad one.

Anyway...good morning all and Happy Friday!!

I don't know. Its another thing at the ECF because zen show himself more that at VW.
I like many zenfidel and watching the threads for a while. It seams that only positives feedbacks are possible. All other are trolling.
I mean only a critic view on something can make it better. There was a amount of people that got not enough informations. They saw new products releases but a paid product wasn't deliverd. At the ECF everything was ok because people knows what the status was.

The best friends in life are the people that don't say yes to all.
Del wrote a very smart comment at VW after zen said he is leaving.

I do not understand Zen , you have a problem with your customers and not VaporWall as a forum.
I will not get into who did what and why. But there is 6400 people here and i do not think that they
all have "attack" you. I respect your choice not to come here any more , you did a lot for this forum
and i am grateful for it. And i do not think anyone attacked you , people where worried about their
investment. I do not know , maybe it is becouse i am from Croatia and i do not understand what attack is.
This people are your customers and they have every right to ask what is going on with things they paid for.
I got late for 15 days with my last order and people got upset , they have every right to get upset , they paid for it.
I do not know if you care about my opinion (probably not) but i am realy dissapointed with how you react here.
You can not expect that everyone loves you and agrees with you all the time. I am sorry that you decided to do this ,
see you around.

I will move this topic to General Vaping Discussion and close this thread.

Really i don't know, leaving is like giving up Mike.

Del's a good guy and VW has some of the hottest new APVs, I don't understand why Mike would leave there tbh.........

Sorry I didn't participate, the room was full, though, Andy, thought I might as well go to bed than hang around as a vulture waiting for someone else to pass out from exhaustion!!!
