Too late... if Zen~s extracting sinew (i.e. muscle connective tissue) from the unicorn for the standard minimum order of 10,000 springs, I suspect the unicorn in question is already seriously stressed. :p

Evening, everyone!

Battoning down the hatches for a bit of slow-moving storm here... looks like we are finally going to experience a handful of rain systems for the first time in 2 or 3 years. The local news stations are going all hyperbolic (not in the mathmatical way) over this, because we here in Mid-Coast CA have not had any major natural disaster events in quite some time.

But, seriously... "...this could be our Katrina..."

It's...a...rain...storm.

Oh, dear, someone might get wet. There might even be FLOODING... of storm drains, or in an extreme instance, maybe 2.5" for 2 hours in someone's house in the Santa Cruz hills, which can be cleaned out by a few hours of blowing large fans and judicious application of Tylex. I, personally, anticipate the horrific plummeting of billions of liquid amber tree leaves and "monkey-ball" seed pods, and a weekend of cleaning that crap up.

(Stupid city-owned trees we can't get rid of without a court order...)

Even in 1983, when we had a series of huge rainstorms that resulted in 30 something people killed by mudslides and treefalls (or even 1989 with 60-odd killed during the earthquake) compares to actual hurricane damage - one reason I'd never live on the East coast. I'm always astonished by people who live there wondering how I can deal with once-in-a-lifetime large quakes, given what they go through practically every year.

I wish the TV news people would be more realistic....

Oh, well. I'm to bed tonight after finally catching up! :) :) :)

I didn't see the same .....ing about the delays for the Silver Dog. It seems there is a jingoist tendency among "national brands". I know there are a lot of people like me that want a Cobalt but I understand when works of art are being produced patience is required. Except for my Zap I've gone to the classifieds and paid the premium; I have a few Zens I'll get more and when it gets here it gets here.

They should hunt for food some time it is a good teacher of patience.

Karma and I and ty were the only people there normally........:(

i was there often trying to read the posts, but had no inkling or heart to say much at all, I just couldnt read much past the nasty attacks... contrary to disarstar and others have said, sorry, there's a big difference between complaining and all out cruise-missle with a 100megaton warhead attack.... 5 posts since joining there :p it didn't matter what the explaination would have been or why, it is like talking to a deaf person. they still wanted it 'yesterday', they couldn't see past their own selfishness...

funny thing though that out of ALL the US vendors manufacturing a hybrid apv or atty (and for a majority of it, by himself), and one that is completely assembled, Zen~ has put out a craaapton more than anyone else has and it will never be enough...

I don't know of anyone else who's shipping ready to vape out of the box (or tube as it is), plus supplies to keep you going for a year + with the exception of batteries, charger, and juice.... "Some" come with supplies, but I'm not aware of any others that come coiled and ready to roll..

I deleted some now...LOL. I can't get rid of anything.

I know the feeling, i get called a hoarder

That's just crap.
And it pisses me off.

Not everything available is "public domain", and just because it's there doesn't give a person the right to use it.
This is a MAJOR sore spot with me.
I do a weekly image search for our business' copyrighted images.
These are MINE, and yeah, I'm greedy about it.
1. I hang the thing up, take the picture, edit the picture to cut the item out and paste it on a different background.
2. It gives the site a uniform look, and associates our brand with our website and products.
3. I don't want them just anywhere. It's obvious where they came from, and I don't want them to reflect poorly on our customer service.

I can't tell you how many times I have run across businesses, not just individuals, but "professionals" using our images.
The hubby hates the little watermark I put on them, and we have even had customers ask where the "hooks" are that are shown in the image but aren't in the package.....
But Digimark doesn't work as well as an obvious watermark, in my opinion.

I'm not saying everyone watermark their PV pictures, but others shouldn't steal them either.

You were a LOT nicer than I would have been.
"Hello, we have noticed that you are selling product X, and we wish you luck with that. However, you are using our copyrighted images to do such. We do not allow others to use our copyrighted media, including but not limited to, images, text, sound files, etc.
Most manufacturers provide stock media.
Please remove our copyrighted material."

I must mention copyright about 8 thousand times.... but these are supposedly professionals running online "big name" stores.
And I get that "I Googled for an image and this popped up."
Yeah, it did. Because we've been online for years! Take your own pics!

end rant

haha, i was lookin at them on my phone (bad eyesight) and i was wondering what those little clear hooks were. They are very cool btw annie.

stop that right now!

LOL, Sucks i missed it

So, at the risk of getting slapped on the wrist, I have tried the eFest IMR's which have a higher MAH rating, and compared them against the AW's in some of my other devices.

I don't have the time or interest in doing any truly scientific testing, but I will say this, I'll never buy them again. They don't maintain performance anywhere near how the AW's do... They sit in a drawer now. I have AW's almost a year old that perform better.

I have absolutely no complaints with the AW IMR's from a battery life perspective considering the battery sizes, and they are known to be the safest available. Stick with the tried & true..

I guess ill stick with aw imrs then...thanks guys. It just sucks how the mah is so low on them
