Lost my insulator!!! 
Just when I got the ZAP going pretty good too
What happened was, it all started with a damn o-ring. For weeks I've been unhappy with the performance of my PP 18350. Initially, when I got it, thinking the battery was in the bottom, I unscrewed the bottom and the coil fell out. I thought something else fell out too, but didn't see/find anything. Anyway, the thing just would not fire right. Low and behold I am moving to another floor at work and what did I find? An o-ring. Vapor2112 confirmed that indeed the o-ring was supposed to be in the PP from the top down the tube. Get it in and what a difference (with carto); put the ZAP on and it was hitting just right. Decided I would change my juice and wrap another coil, got that all done and was firing my wick, adjusting coils and noticed the insulator was gone! Cannot find it anywhere!!! UGH!

Hey Zenfidels! I have been a lurker and just sat and read this thread from beginning! Glad to see Zen line carried here. I dont own any Zen products yet, but hope to catch the ZAP on provape and maybe eventually get a Zen Mini

it's one of the things that I tried to do and couldn't because of an old motorcycle accident...they found the ss rod down the middle of my right femur in the x-rays and that stopped me from enlisting in the marines AND navy (they told me IF i removed it, they'd take me but I said no way it's gotta stay)... I salute ALL the vets that served, behind the lines, in the front lines, in every skirmish, battle and war since we first graced this land of ours, and if I had been able to serve, it would have been a small price to pay for the freedom that waaaaaay too many people in this country take for granted....

ouch brotha....glad you are ok, that's more important, bikes can be replaced or fixed if need be...
...no more cases with the zenesis standards and mini's....they come in a packing tube just like the z-atty's now... mike had posted about it quite a while back, mentioning around the time he was finishing up the lists in the spring that he wouldn't be including em anymore...moreso because the suppliers can't keep the cases in stock, and if I recall, also 'upped' the price on em....
