I'm sleeping in the new house, and HoH is scattered across the county in a couple locations... the old house isn't even remotely empty yet, and the tenant is moving in next weekend... I have house guests coming for Thanksgiving... half my furniture isn't here yet and I'm kinda discombobulated.
Yes.... I'm dying to know nosy girly stuff, like what colors you're painting the walls.
And if you're keeping hard wood floors or going for carpet.
General new house stuff that isn't remotely my business.

Yeah, let's clear something up here...
Anybody that complained had every right to do so. I promised a delivery date and I didn't deliver it. That doesn't mean that I can explain it away with excuses of any kind to make it all better.
Those that choose to wait are not better people than those that choose not to... so far the response has been overwhelming that people want to wait, but those that don't want to wait are not foolish or bad people.
So let's not be harsh on the folks that simply want resolution to an ongoing issue.
I'll post up some pics once everything is here...
I've removed a lot of carpet and had oak floors installed... a LOT of it.
Colors are pretty masculine... light gray walls through the foyer, kitchen and dining room... deep red walls with a black ceiling in the family room, shaitan is gonna love that room...

Yeah, when Unforeseen pops in it kinda puts a damper on things; but just in time because I was thinking about a comment too.
But hey, we're all here, we're all safe and sound (even Slide, 'tho it might take him some time to find us and catch up once he gets power/intarwebs back), and all is good with the world.
