Zen top cap fix

This helped a lot and now I can actually take my zen atty's out. I know others have added extra oring to cap, but I have had the best success with this. Zen owes me a beer. lol.
I took the original oring off and put a smaller but wider oring and it fits very sung and secure. I have assortment of size and after a few tries found perfect size.
Here is the oring you need.. I use Nitrile o-ring p12 11.8x2.4mm, if my assortment box is labeled correctly. I have a bunch so all my zens received the upgrade.

All right. Thanks for that bit of information. It is to me one of the most annoying things about the Zen. I have other gripes about it, such as having to always tilt it like I'm playing a wind instrument, and you can't lay it down or there goes your juice. Again, thank you, yellowrider.

That is a wicking problem not a design flaw.
